Over the past six months, Cottonwood/Verde Village led the area with 160 single-family home sales, followed closely by Sedona with 141 sales and the Village of Oak Creek with 86 sales. Camp Verde recorded 59 sales, Cornville 50, and Clarkdale 41.
Home values continue to vary significantly throughout the Verde Valley. Sedona remains the area's luxury market, with an average sale price of approximately $1.52 million, while the Village of Oak Creek averaged about $1.07 million. Average prices were approximately $552,000 in Clarkdale, $538,000 in Cornville, $510,000 in Camp Verde, and $462,000 in Cottonwood.
